Please read these Terms carefully before using Buildify AI. They govern your access to and use of our platform and services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Buildify AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Your continued use of Buildify AI constitutes your ongoing acceptance of any updates to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Buildify AI provides an AI-powered platform that enables users to design, build, and deploy websites and applications using natural language prompts and intelligent automation. The Service includes, but is not limited to, AI-assisted code generation, deployment pipelines, collaborative editing, version history, and cloud hosting integrations. Features may vary based on your subscription plan.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Buildify AI immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Buildify AI and its licensors. The output you generate using the Service ("Generated Content") is owned by you, subject to our underlying platform rights. You grant Buildify AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any part of the Service; (c) use automated scripts to collect data or interact with the Service without our express written consent; (d) circumvent any usage limits or access controls; or (e) upload malicious code, viruses, or any software intended to damage or disrupt the Service.
6. Payment & Subscriptions
Buildify AI offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to paid features.
7. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our Service. By using Buildify AI, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Buildify AI does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated output. Your use of the Service is solely at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Buildify AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice before any material changes take effect by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
