Buildify AI ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our AI-powered platform to build websites and applications. 4. AI & Generated Content

When you use Buildify AI's generation features, your prompts, inputs, and resulting outputs may be processed by our AI infrastructure to deliver the Service. We may use anonymized and aggregated interaction data to improve model performance and platform quality. We will never use your individually identifiable project content to train our models without your explicit opt-in consent. You retain ownership of all content you generate through the platform.

5. Sharing of Information

We may share your information with: (a) trusted service providers who assist us in operating the platform (such as cloud hosting, payment processors, and analytics providers), each bound by confidentiality obligations; (b) business partners with your explicit consent; (c) law enforcement or government authorities when required by applicable law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Buildify AI or others; and (d) a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, provided the new entity agrees to be bound by this Privacy Policy.

Buildify AI is based in the United States.
